Starting a new training program can be intimidating, but honestly, it's not as scary as it sounds.

Whether you choose comprehensive in-person training or virtual fitness support, my tried-and-true, progressive system is designed to tone, tighten, and take the frustration out of training.

Together, we'll nail your personal fitness and physique goals so you FEEL GREAT about your body, achieve maximum results from your workouts, and FEEL CONFIDENT in your own skin.

Although I work with most of my clients ongoing, I suggest a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. During this time, you'll learn the fundamentals of training and nutrition, and figure out how your body responds to the changes we're making. We will work (incredibly) hard and have (tremendous) fun, and you will quickly see and feel astonishing improvements in your physique and OVERALL WELLBEING.

Most importantly, I will empower you to keep up your momentum and progress independently after our time together. FITNESS IS FOREVER, and I promise to arm you with every tool you need to successfully reach and surpass your goals.

Here's how I work:

I'm a hands-on trainer (literally, if I'm correcting your technique) and deeply committed to motivating you towards a healthier life – one that embraces strength, fitness, flexibility and getting a handle on your nutrition. I love my clients and give them my all. YOU ARE SO IMPORTANT. I'm here to help you love your body not just for how it looks, but for the amazing things it can DO.

In-person VIP Holistic Training Program (strength, diet, all the goodies)

  • Private assessment to clarify your fitness goals

  • Identify muscle imbalances, baseline strength and flexibility – muscle testing, body composition, body measurements, before pictures, movement screen, posture assessment and more

  • 2 to 5 private resistance and cardio training sessions per week one-on-one with me – each session is personalized, designed to suit your own pace and aligned with your goals (no cookie cutter programs here!)

  • Customized workout programs for your days in the gym without me

  • Corrective exercises to do at home when necessary

  • Simplified and customized nutrition plan to help you reach your fitness goals without compromising results

  • Total support and email/text access from me between sessions for all your questions and confidence-wobbles (Which supplement should I choose? Can you show me this exercise again? I'm at the grocery store, which food should I buy? I'm really tired, do you think I should work out today?)

  • Shared online resource containing all your resistance-training exercises, cardio recommendations, nutrition plans and much more so you can stay on top of everything (this stuff is yours forever).

Virtual Training Program

  • In-depth Skype or phone assessment to clarify your fitness goals

  • Personalized nutrition, cardio and workout plans, modified regularly to optimize results

  • Check-ins every 2 weeks to track progress and make modifications using photos and measurements

  • Shared Google Docs to collaborate and track results

  • Custom at-home corrective exercises, as necessary

  • Email and text support whenever you need it so you're never on your own!
