For you, fitness goals are about more than simply fitting into your jeans or about adding more vegetables to your diet, it’s about proving to yourself that you can achieve whatever you want. You are already healthy. You enjoy energy filled days and restful nights. You feel good in your skin and you like what you see in the mirror. But now it’s time to step it up. You want to challenge yourself. You want to look your absolute best.
So, as you sit down to make your fitness plan, and lay out your path for success here are 3 things I want you to keep in mind.
1) You want what you want. And there is nothing wrong with that.
You decide what you do with your body. You decide what your best looks and feels like. No one else has a say in it.
You want to be able to deadlift 300 pounds and build some visible muscle. Go for it!
You want endless energy to start your second business, keep up with your kids while also enjoying an active social life and exciting partnership. Absolutely!
You want to build a bigger butt and look smoking hot on your wedding day. Let’s do it!
No limits. No judgement.
2) You are worth it.
You deserve to want the best for yourself. You deserve to feel confident, beautiful and strong in your body, have an abundance of energy, be more productive and enjoy a happier life.
You are willing to make the commitment because you understand that you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by investing in yourself.
3) Fitness is forever
You know that getting defined arms and a six-pack are no accident and take time. And that’s ok because fitness is forever. You are not chasing a fitness fad or quick goal, you want to create a body you love for the rest of your life and you are willing to do what it takes.
You are not afraid to reach for the top. And nothing and no one will stand in your way. You can want what you want and you don’t need permission from anyone. Your dream body is going to take time, but you have climbed much bigger mountains.
